The company feels strongly that specialist services should be developed to suit an ageing populace in the region, with current plans to extend its dementia care provision and help those with care concernsMy mum was moved from a private home costing over £1000 a week to a council-funded dementia bed at Harker House several months ago. Not knowing what to expect from a care home, I had previously accepted many issues around monitoring her care as inevitable due to the pressures of the pandemic. In fact,

Mum’s time at Harker House has shown me that her care can be monitored down to the smallest detail. The staff at Harker House keep detailed records of my mum’s care on handheld devices and are happy to share these details with me. I have been really impressed with the care given to Mum at Harker House and the professional attitude displayed by the staff. The staff are always keen to learn more about her to make sure her needs are fully catered for. In short, not all care homes are created equal and I would wholeheartedly recommend Harker House and the excellent management style displayed by the manager and her lovely team. I feel really reassured that mum is receiving the best care available.
My mother has been a resident at Robert Kett for many years. She is now extremely elderly and suffers from many conditions associated with advanced old age. I have watched the staff care for her and her needs over the years with exemplary skill and devotion I am keenly aware of how demanding the work
must be in normal times, how they have managed to remain cheerful, optimistic, and outstandingly professional in the face of Covid I simply do not know. I am quite sure that my mother regards the carers as being her family now, and that being at Robert Kett brings her peace and comfort that I cannot imagine she would find anywhere else.
Simply wonderful and I cannot thank them enough
I cannot rate Linden Court highly enough. My granny has been there for the last two years and has been so happy with the excellent care she receives from all the wonderful people who work so hard to look after her. It has been a challenging two years but the team at Lindon Court Home have done so much
to support residents and their families. My family are so grateful to them all.The information contained in the Organizational Database (ODB) is provided for informational purposes only.
